Proprietary Blends vs. Fully Disclosed Ingredient Labels

Some supplement labels list a 'proprietary blend' with a total weight but no individual ingredient amounts, which can make it hard to evaluate a product.
Fully disclosed labels, which list every ingredient with its specific amount, give buyers more information to compare products and understand what they're taking.
Both approaches are legal, but transparency-focused brands tend to favor full disclosure wherever possible.
